Q) Why should I conduct a background investigation?
A) There are several reasons for conducting
a background investigation. If you’re a business that
is hiring a new employee, the low cost of conducting a background
check is negligible compared to the staggering cost of a
negligent hiring lawsuit. If you’re a private individual,
you and your family are your most valuable assets. Protect
them by knowing whom you are dealing with in both personal
and business relationships.
Q) Is it legal?
A) We are fully compliant with all legal
standards and provide you with FCRA compliance packages to
ensure that all local, state and federal regulations are
followed. In addition we can provide the necessary adverse
action notifications if requested by you.
Q) How can I place an order?
A) We try to accommodate each of our client’s individual

Q) How can I receive my results?
A) With our technology you may obtain your
reports directly from our website. If you prefer they can
also be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.
Q) How long does it take to receive a background report?
A) Depending on the searches ordered, the
average turnaround time for reports is generally 4-72 hours.
Special requests, in-depth comprehensive backgrounds, subjects
with numerous records and areas with noted court delays may
take slightly longer.

Q) What information do I need to find someone?
A) A social security number is the easiest
way to find someone but is not always available. We can locate
people by name, address, telephone number and various other
identifiers. Please provide as much information as you have
to our investigator when placing your request.
Q) Will you give me the person’s name and phone number
when you find them?
A) For private individuals looking for a
lost friend or relative, our policy is to contact the person
you are trying to locate and obtain permission from them to
release their information. If they refuse we provide them with
your contact information to use at their discretion.
